Utah 8 day trip   , QLD, Australia, Sep 2023
Loved the trip, probably next time we’ll opt for a glamping journey. So much to do and see. I miscalculated our start date but was assisted with my enquiry by a very helpful lady from Melbourne who sorted out my misunderstanding. Highlights for me visiting Bryce and Dead Horse point. Our guide Lana went the extra mile, absolutely fabulous guide.
Happy camper/hiker   , VIC, Australia, Sep 2023
Booked this based on price and starting and finishing point rather than the hiking aspect. The trip was excellent - catering was exceptional, camping equipment was good, a good variation in hiking types and the group size (11) made it a fun experience despite my lack of hiking fitness. Some hikes did test my fitness but I survived and completed all ...read more the hikes! There was always the option to not hike if I chose but the group and CEO were always encouraging and supportive. The CEO had great knowledge of the parks and knew the short-cuts or better parking etc to make our tour a great experience. Overall an excellent trip and a great way to see the National Parks away from the tourists that never venture that far from the Information Centres.
Excellent North America Tour     , NSW, Australia, Aug 2023
Was an exceptional tour to see the most in a short amount of time. As a solo traveller from Australia to never have been to the USA yet was a real adventure and dream come true. The tour guide was average though, very basic and had been in his job for far too long, had lost the spark of travel I think. The hotels were amazing and superiorly comfortable ...read more no issues there. There was a lot of free time so it was up to yourself to get how much out of the trip you wanted. So if you planned and looked into things you wanted to do in the town you were in or travelling to, a day or two ahead then it was epic. However, if you weren't on the ball and waiting for someone to tell you what to do all the time you would have missed out.

Initiative and planning went a long way in this trip. I think at the very start of the trip a group dinner and meet and greet should have been formally arranged at an appropriate time to break the ice and get to know everyone as I found we were meeting people and getting to know people much further into the trip when it definitely should have been arranged from the start as there were so many nice people in the tour that had we been properly introduced from the start we would have done things together on the trip in our free time as we had common interests. Either way this trip is worth doing if you want to see many highlights in North America in only two weeks.
Disappointing overall   , QLD, Australia, Jun 2023
We had many problems on this trip from having to change drivers because our first driver was dangerous and kept fighting with the tour director, to constantly getting lost, getting in very late and not seeing what the itinerary promised us. The tour director didn't give enough information about the places we were and although having been doing it for ...read more 10 years, did not seem to know that much about what to expect in each place. She was disorganised and everything took way longer than it should have. All that being said, we did see some lovely sights, with Crater Lake being the absolute highlight and we were blessed with beautiful weather for the most part. This has probably put me off ever using Cosmos again.
