Take your time and search through our guided tours & river cruises and choose one the one that suits you best. Each tour itinerary page has a link to an enquiry form. If you are interested in that tour/river cruise, complete the form. Your enquiry will be assigned to one of our tour consultants who will then look after you from then on. You'll will be notified of who she is along with her contact details so you can contact her directly.
She will provide you with a personalised quote by email (normally same day). If there are any further questions you have at this stage, your tour consultant is there to help.
Your quote will provide you with all the details you need - if you decide to book your tour(s). Your deposit can be paid online (Visa or MasterCard) or paid directly into our account though your bank or internet banking.
When your tour has been booked & confirmed, we will email your booking advice detailing the tour balance due along with any further information.
Your tour documents, tour vouchers, travel bag and/or travel wallet and all tour documents will be either:
